What's New In The jbWorld
Har Har Har, I added jb to jbWorld
I've been going on a coding spree this past 48 hours, have gotten too little sleep and have been typing jbSomething way too much lately lol.
ok, time to get a bit serious here.
Development
What I'm trying to do is code in overdrive to add a certain feature set to jbApp and jbRoster (see the "Road Map" forums) before moving on to three important projects I have in the mix:
1 - Creating User Manuals for jbApp and jbRoster
2 - Getting jbLeague v0.01 out the door
3 - Finish working on jbPAL (Payment Abstraction Layer), which is a PHP payment gateway abstraction layer which can be used as a standalone library, but also has bindings for the popular CMS's out there. Once this is finished, I'm looking forward to using it to help add multiple payment gateways to EasyShop.
Site Updates
I have added "Road Map" forums for each one of the plugins I have either released or plan on releasing. The forum is a "View Only" forum, and there will be one thread for each "Version". This is not going to replace the "Features to be Added/Altered" posts in each one of the plugin forums:
Features to be Added/Altered -
Features that I plan on adding in the future
Road Map -
Features that are requirements for each "Version" that they are related to. The related "Version" will not be released until these features are complete
jbLeague Development on e107 v0.8
As it looks like e107 v0.8 is close to release, I've decided to continue my jbLeague development using e107 v.08.
This is going to be a major plugin, and I plan on supporting it for quite a while, so it's in everyone's best interest to use e107 v0.8. There are many new features for end users, but more important to me , there are many new features for plugin developers. I think this would be a great way to get to know the new API as well.
